Following Lean principles, you learn by doing and then accessing the relevant training for your needs we created this new platform supporting agile transformation and cross-functional teams.
Not everyone has hours available to watch lots of videos so these courses are designed ‘Ted Talk’ style following agile principles with modules designed around the questions we are asked. Whether you are a senior leader looking to understand how you can deliver change and understand the benefits or a business analyst looking to understand the extra functionality and data you will have, we aim to have something for everyone.

Digital Brainstorm
This course shows how the digital brainstorm tool can be used to collect information from participants in a workshop. The collected information can be organised into groups and colours. This information can then be applied to a process map or exported to Excel.

This course gives a quick overview of the Engage Process Mapping platform and how it can accelerate your process improvement and business process management.
Covering the challenges of traditional process mapping, the approaches to improvement frameworks, what separates Engage from traditional process modelling solutions, the continuous improvement path supported by Engage, key benefits of the process modeller, sharing and feedback modules, existing users and case study
Process Mapping
This course dives straight into the Engage Process Modeller tool to demonstrate how quick and easy it is to create visual and data-rich process maps, using in-built and custom icons, without the need to draw any lines. The process map can capture data about the time it takes for a step, who is completing and action, the type of value-added and any custom information you need to collect.
Sharing Processes
This course shows how a completed process map can be shared with others, either to be accessed in the Viewer module or as a Viewer Link which will redirect the user to the specific map.
Users can add comments to steps in the shared process which can then be actioned and implemented.
Publishing Processes
This course covers submitting processes for publication. The published process can be viewed in the Viewer or with a Viewer Link. A set of published processes can be built into a process handbook to enable other users to access the process maps easily.
Analysis
Powerful Process Analysis
This course demonstrates how the data captured by the Engage Process Modelling tool can be used to create powerful analysis overviews. Data can be gathered from multiple places in a process map to display the time and cost for certain steps, sections or exit points. This data can be displayed graphically on the map to visually show where process improvement should be focused.
